This role is for someone who can create, inspire, and captivate—a storyteller who brings products to life through videos, blogs, and visuals. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communication Director and collaborate with country-based content teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging content strategy.

Your mission

1. Content creation across product lines:

  • Develop engaging content for TOSSIT games, kitchen items, home goods, and by-products.
  • Create how-to videos, product showcases, and written blog articles to highlight product benefits.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, showcasing products in creative, relatable, and fun ways.

2. Collaborate & coordinate:

  • Work closely with the Marketing & Communication Director to align content with overarching strategies.
  • Collaborate with country-specific content teams to ensure localized and culturally relevant content.

3. Drive social media presence:

  • Produce platform-specific content for social media, driving engagement and building a loyal following.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies.

4. Manage content for campaigns & events:

  • Support content needs for marketing campaigns, fairs, and promotional events.
  • Be ready to attend exhibitions to capture live content and bring campaigns to life.

5. Content ownership:

  • Take full ownership of the creative process, from ideation to delivery.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates our vision effectively.

Your profile

Experience & skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in content creation, with a proven portfolio of work.
  • Strong ability to shoot and edit videos—you’re as comfortable behind the camera as you are editing the final cut.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for crafting compelling blog posts and product descriptions.
  • Proficiency in using simple editing tools (Canva, Illustrator, CapCut or any other video editing app).

Languages:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).

Contract details

Compensation:

  • Fixed annual salary: €24,000 during the 3-month probationary period. €27,000 annually after successful probation.
  • 6 weeks of paid vacation annually.

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility for occasional travel and event attendance.

Accountant & Administrative Coordinator – Support Our Growth with Precision and Organization

This role is ideal for a versatile professional who can manage our accounting needs while providing administrative support to the founders. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and enabling smooth operations so we can focus on creating and delivering value.

Your mission

1. Financial management

  • Prepare and manage monthly and annual financial reports with accuracy.
  • Handle VAT declarations (including OSS/VD) and ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with external services (like Taxually) to submit timely declarations and manage related reporting.
  • Monitor and optimize budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.

2. Administrative coordination

  • Manage administrative communications, responding promptly to inquiries and essential updates.
  • Assist the founders with daily organizational tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Organize, digitize, and maintain company records with precision and confidentiality.

3. Compliance & operations

  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Estonian laws and EU accounting standards.
  • Support external audits and other regulatory reviews, providing necessary documentation.
  • Proactively identify and address administrative and compliance issues to prevent disruptions.

4. Founder support

  • Provide direct administrative assistance to the founders for personal and professional matters.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and events, managing tasks with flexibility and accountability.

Your profile

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or administrative roles, preferably in a cross-border business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT processes, EU compliance standards, and financial reporting tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using accounting and reporting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
  • Estonian (at least profressional level)

Contract details

Compensation:

  • Gross monthly salary: €2,500 - €3,400
  • 4-month probation period at a competitive rate (to be negotiated)
  • 6 weeks of paid vacation annually

Work schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, fully flexible. You manage your own time—whether you prefer working longer on some days and less on others, taking breaks when needed, or adjusting for personal matters or last-minute emergencies.
  • We don’t track hours; we track results. As long as deadlines are met, priorities are handled efficiently, and important tasks are completed, you have full autonomy over your schedule.
  • You can work from anywhere in the world. However, occasional travel to Tallinn may be required for key meetings or strategic discussions, as determined by the management team.
