🧠 What you'll be doing:
- Handle all the admin stuff we hate: sort through emails, clean out junk, reply when appropriate
- Create smart to-do lists daily/weekly to make sure nothing urgent is missed
- Organize meetings (only with people that matter — you’ll also need to kindly decline others)
- Help us manage our hiring process: write offers, talk to applicants, organize calls, keep things moving
- Act as our productivity lifeline: take tasks off our plate, follow up with people, and keep us sane

You’ll be the visual architect of our universe — from playful dart games to our next-generation care products.
You’ll make our ideas not just real, but irresistible.
🧠 What you'll be doing:
- Be the creative soul behind the TOSSIT brand and its future: suggest trendy, minimalist, smart designs for product launches and improvements
- Shape the visual identity of our sister brands too — working across categories like food, electronics, textile, sporting goods, care, and games
- Be our packaging master: create, adapt, optimize packaging for every single market we sell in — EU, US, Middle East, Japan, and more
- Own the packaging process end-to-end: from Illustrator/InDesign layout to regulatory compliance, languages, symbols, structure, and print-ready export
- Understand and apply all packaging norms and technical constraints — your name is on the line, and precision is your religion
- Run tests and surveys to ensure we deliver the best possible user experience through packaging
- Handle all pack localization and variant production — multiple languages, same visual excellence
- Create 3D product designs ready for mold production — using CAO tools and exporting clean STP files
- Be a design sniper: every pixel, every millimeter matters. Nothing escapes your eye.
- Work with little or no brief (except for 3D desing) — you get the direction, you understand the brand, and you translate it into powerful, focused design
- Be autonomous, fast, efficient, and absolutely meticulous
👀 What we're looking for:
- Fluent in Illustrator and InDesign (and you do NOT vectorize fonts, ever)
- Expert in at least one 3D CAD tool (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.) and fully capable of producing STP files
- Strong sense of aesthetics, visual harmony, and modern design
- Bonus if you understand consumer psychology, packaging constraints, and product design standards
- Fluent English (spoken and written)

Product Manager (a.k.a. The Launch Commander)
You’ll be the key player who turns a product idea into a physical product on the shelf — not just for TOSSIT, but across a broader portfolio of products we develop, tailor, source, and launch globally.
This role has global reach: we're launching products across Europe, the US, Japan, South America, and the Middle East. You’ll be expected to think across borders, packaging norms, compliance standards, and cultural preferences. The more foresight and adaptability you bring, the more power you’ll have.
Your mission:
- Take a product sourced by our core team and make it launch-ready for each market
- Be the glue between factory, logistics, marketing, and leadership
- Own packaging: from Illustrator mockups to final print-ready files — this is your battlefield
- Create every asset needed: texts, visuals, excel sheets, translations, photos, instructions, compliance documents
- Coordinate freelancers if needed, but own the result and the deadline
- Suggest smart optimizations for packaging, master boxes, and even the product itself
- Anticipate problems before they happen, and adapt to the quirks of different markets
What we're looking for:
- Fluent / Perfect English (writing & speaking)
- Serious bonus if you speak Spanish or German (product development for these markets)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, coordination, or brand development
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchase behavior
- Able to manage packaging design processes using Illustrator and Canva

Are you the creator who turns random street moments into thumb-stopping videos? Will you get in people’s faces (nicely), start conversations, and make content that actually converts? Good because this role is about growth, not vibes.
TOSSIT + our kitchenware, babyware, and toy lines need a fearless, results-driven social media lead who lives on camera, edits fast, and drives sales: online and in stores.
🎯 Your mission
- Get out there: film street interviews, challenges, demos, fair highlights, in-store reactions.
- Build daily content pipelines for TikTok, Reels, Shorts + weekly YouTube vlogs/interviews.
- Turn comments into conversations, and conversations into customers.
- Push the right offer/product at the right moment, your content must move units.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR) to feed product pages with killer video/photo assets.
🎬 You will master
- Hooks, trims, pacing, retention, nothing boring ships.
- Street content, BTS, UGC, unboxings, FAQs, quick ads (7–20s), and 10–15 min YouTube.
- Mobile-first shooting (iPhone), rapid editing, and iterative testing.
🧠 You are
- A natural performer: extraverted, fast, zero camera fear; ready to interview people in the street.
- A strategist-editor: you know formats, analytics, and how to fix what doesn’t perform.
- A community builder: can grow and keep audiences engaged across platforms.

- Recent iPhone (13 or 14 minimum).
- Solid editing stack (CapCut/Final Cut/Premiere. Your call, just be fast).
- Portfolio of TikTok/Reels/Shorts and at least one channel you’ve grown.
- Comfortable working 45h/week. Results matter more than excuses.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Contractor, full-time.
- $1,200/month during 3-month probation.
- $1,500/month after probation and it will go up the better you are.

- Coordinate all shipments (inbound & outbound) across continents

- Master the jungle of importation, taxes, delivery tracking, and warehouse services

- Help the Product Manager make smart packaging decisions based on logistics constraints
What we're looking for:
