🚀 Executive Assistant (Remote, Full-Time, 45h/week)
TOSSIT – the viral game that blends darts, pétanque, and fun – is growing fast, and we need a reliable, sharp, and proactive Executive Assistant to help us stay on top of everything.

🧠 What You'll Be Doing:
- Handle all the admin stuff we hate: sort through emails, clean out junk, reply when appropriate
- Create smart to-do lists daily/weekly to make sure nothing urgent is missed
- Organize meetings (only with people that matter — you’ll also need to kindly decline others)
- Help us manage our hiring process: write offers, talk to applicants, organize calls, keep things moving
- Act as our productivity lifeline: take tasks off our plate, follow up with people, and keep us sane

👀 What We're Looking For:
- Fluent / Perfect English (writing & speaking)

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, VA, ops person, or similar

- Obsessed with organization, follow-up, and efficiency

Product Manager (a.k.a. The Launch Commander)
You’ll be the key player who turns a product idea into a physical product on the shelf.
Your mission:
- Take a product sourced by our core team and make it launch-ready for each market (EU, US, LATAM)
- Be the glue between factory, logistics, and marketing
- Own packaging: from Illustrator mockups to final printed files — 100% your battlefield
- Create every asset needed: text, visuals, excel sheets, photos, translations, PDFs
- Coordinate with freelancers if needed, but own the results
- Suggest smart optimizations for packaging, boxes, and even the product itself
What we're looking for:
- Fluent / Perfect English (writing & speaking)
- Bonus: You speak Spanish, French, or Italian
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product coordination, brand management, or marketing-heavy roles
- Able to manage packaging design processes using Illustrator and Canva
- Comfortable working with Notion, Google Suite, ChatGPT, and freelancers
- Excellent understanding of consumer psychology and sales behavior
- Obsessed with quality, detail, and timelines
- Able to create compelling visual and written assets with minimal guidance

Logistics Manager (a.k.a. The Supply Chain Sniper)
You’ll make sure the products we develop actually move — on time, at the best price, and with zero surprises.
Your mission:
- Coordinate all shipments (inbound & outbound) across continents
- Be in constant touch with suppliers, warehouses, customs, trucking companies, and freight forwarders
- Book carriers, challenge quotes, validate invoices, find better deals
- Master the jungle of importation, taxes, delivery tracking, and warehouse services
- Be the go-to brain for making sure master boxes and pallets are optimized and compliant
- Help the Product Manager make smart packaging decisions based on logistics constraints
What we're looking for:
- Fluent / Perfect English (written & spoken)
- Bonus: You speak Spanish, French, or Italian
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or international freight coordination
- Excellent negotiation skills and invoice control
- Able to work daily with spreadsheets, quotes, customs documents
- Familiar with the workflows of warehousing, trucking, and container shipments
- Reliable, detail-obsessed, and a strong communicator
- Self-sufficient and motivated to find the best solutions fast

Sales Assistant (a.k.a. The Global Closer)
You’re the one who sells. Every day. Everywhere. From toy stores to hospitals, hotels, schools, sport clubs, and beyond — you open new markets and you grow the old ones. You’re not waiting for the customers to come. You go get them.
Your mission:
- Reach out to potential clients: schools, educators, toy shops, sport stores, retirement homes, hotel groups, and more
- Focus on regions without official distributors: US, Canada, UK, South Africa, India, and anywhere English is spoken
- Follow up with current clients and help them reorder, upsell them with new offers, and keep them happy
- Work closely with our US team and logistics manager to ensure smooth delivery and operations
- Create and send invoices, place orders, track payments, and follow up on any unpaid balances
- Be available, friendly, proactive — and close the deal
What we're looking for:
- Fluent / Perfect English — no strong accent (this is a sales position)
- Bonus: Spanish, French, or another major language
- 2+ years experience in sales, B2B outreach, or account management
- Super comfortable using email, CRM tools, website backends, and spreadsheets
- High energy, confident, persuasive — but also polite and customer-focused
- Organized and autonomous: you close leads and then keep them coming back

- 💰 2% commission on all sales you generate (carton or container, it all counts)
