Location: France (Lille or surrounding areas preferred)
Contract: Independent Contractor (Full-Time)
Are you the type of creator who turns everyday interactions into viral content? Do you know how to build a movement with just a smartphone and a sharp mind? Are you the person who walks into the street, starts a conversation, and suddenly the whole internet is watching?
TOSSIT is looking for a bold, engaging, reaction-driven content creator to lead our social presence in France and explode our reach like never before.
🎯 Your mission:
- Go out there, meet people, shoot real content, start conversations.
- Launch challenges, film street reactions, document your interactions.
- Make short-form, high-impact content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and longer vlog/interview formats for YouTube.
- Reply to comments, escalate reactions, build chains of engagement that convert viewers into customers.
- Push the right offer at the right moment: your content will sell, not just entertain.
🎬 You will master:
- Viral hooks, cuts, edits, formats. Nothing stale, everything sharp.
- Street interviews, challenges, behind-the-scenes, game demos, FAQ videos, unboxings, you decide.
- Short ads (7s–20s), organic content, long-form YouTube (10–15 mins), and more.
- Mobile filming (you don’t need a RED camera, you need instinct and impact).
🧠 You are:
- A natural performer: extraverted, fast-talking, fearless on camera and in real life.
- A skilled editor and video strategist: you know what works and how to tweak what doesn’t.
- A community builder: you've grown audiences before, and know how to keep them engaged.
- Commercially smart: you push the right message, product, or deal at the perfect moment.
- French culture fluent: you know what makes local audiences click, laugh, and share.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Gross Salary: €3,000 – €3,300 (based on profile and experience)
- 6 weeks of paid vacation per year
- Annual raise based on performance
- Performance-based bonuses tied to video impact, sales contribution, and growth metrics
🌍 Work Format:
- Full remote (France-based), with regular travel for content shooting (events, streets, schools, parks, etc.)
- Full creative freedom, clear growth targets
- Not a job for clock-watchers, this is for those who want their face, voice, and content to lead a movement
📩 How to apply:
- Forget the resume
- Send us links to your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or your best content. And record a quick 3–5 min video telling us:
- Who you are
- What you’ve built or grown
- And why you’ll make TOSSIT go viral in France

Full-Time Project Manager (Kickstarter Launch)
Contract: 4-month mission → convertible to full-time if the launch crushes it
Location: EU time zones preferred (remote)
Start: ASAP
The vibe
We’re launching a new product/game/brand that lives in a bold, chaotic, wildly fun universe. It’s a little WTF (in the best way), loud on purpose, built to turn heads and spark reactions online and IRL. If you’re extraverted, shamelessly creative, and happiest when the plan is “break the internet,” you’ll fit right in.
Your mission (own it end-to-end)
- Kickstarter mastermind: Own the full campaign, timeline, budget, page, video, rewards, stretch goals, pre-launch list, PR, creator seeding, and day-by-day war-room execution.
- Influencers & ambassadors: Source, pitch, close, brief, and manage creators (TikTok, YouTube, Insta, Twitch). Turn one-offs into ongoing advocates.
- Social & community: Run the content engine (calendar, hooks, short-form, livestreams), reply fast, fan the flames, and convert hype into sign-ups and backers.
- Paid visibility: Plan and buy targeted ads (Meta/TikTok/YouTube), test creative angles, scale winners, kill losers.
- Partnerships & PR: Hunt collabs, stunts, and earned media. Land articles, podcasts, and street-level activations.
- Ops & reporting: Keep the trains on time, daily standups, dashboards, budget tracking, fulfillment partners alignment, risk logs, and post-mortems.
What success looks like
- Pre-launch: 25–50k qualified leads, CAC that makes sense, creators queued with signed briefs.
- Launch week: Funded in 24–48h, aggressive ROAS on winning creatives, steady press/UGC velocity.
- Campaign end: Strong LTV from add-ons, smart stretch-goal pacing, clean handoff to production/fulfillment.
30 / 60 / 90-day plan
- Day 1–30: Research & strategy, creator pipeline, landing + email flows, Kickstarter page v1, teaser content, ad tests.
- Day 31–60: Final video & rewards, heavy pre-launch capture, paid/UGC scale-up, PR drops, ambassador activations.
- Day 61–90: Launch & daily ops, metric-driven iterations, stretch-goal choreography, community retention.
- Day 91–120: Final push, post-campaign store, manufacturing handoff, learnings, and scale roadmap.
You are
- A loud thinker & doer: extraverted, camera-friendly, thrives in street activations and creator collabs.
- Strategic + scrappy: can design a plan at 9:00 and ship three tests by 17:00.
- Outcome-obsessed: you chase conversions, not vanity.
- Calm in chaos: live dashboards, crisis plans, and backup hooks are your love language.
- Tool-fluent: Kickstarter/BackerKit, Notion, Sheets, Figma/Canva, Meta/TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo.
- Languages: Fluent english required
Compensation
- Month 1: €3,000 gross
- Month 2–4 (if confirmed): €3,500 gross / month
- Commission: 1% of the Kickstarter funds raised (we plan to raise €3–4M).
- We’re demanding. You must prove you deserve to stay. We want results, you own the ways and put in the effort.
Contract & conversion
- Full-time commitment for 4 months. If you deliver, we convert you to a permanent role to keep scaling the brand.
