What’s the hunt about?
- Primary target: Sell TOSSIT games. Make it fly off the shelves across the globe.
- Second mission: Once TOSSIT is everywhere, take our other products and conquer new territories with them.
- Weaponry: Your brain, your tongue, your hustle. No limits. No excuses.
The spoils of war:
- Base salary: €30,000 per year.
- Uncapped bonuses: Start at €60,000 to €120,000 if you’re good. Sky's the limit if you’re great. Prove your worth, and we’ll pay you what you’re worth.
- Game over clause: Miss the mark—specifically, €50,000 in sales for 2 consecutive months—and the hunt ends there. Only the hungry survive.
The adventure:
- Travel to the world’s biggest exhibitions and trade shows.
- Fully remote when you’re not on the road or closing deals face-to-face.
Your skills and arsenal:
- Languages: Fluent in English + at least one or two other languages.
- Experience: We don’t care where you went to school or what’s on your resume.
- Personality: Hungry, relentless, bold. You don’t wait for opportunity—you create it. You hate to lose, finishing second isn't an option, you'll fight until you win.

To achieve this, we need a mastermind in Marketing & Communication who will own, shape, and drive the global communication and marketing strategy. Your missions
1. Build and execute a winning strategy:
- Define global marketing and communication strategies that align with business objectives.
- Ensure the monthly reach of TOSSIT is achieved and that online sales volume grows consistently.
- Collaborate with the Ad team / Marketplace team to optimize campaigns / listing and maximize their impact.
2. Lead a collaborative culture across teams:
- Ensure all teams communicate effectively and collaborate efficiently.
- Track the performance of country-based content managers and provide actionable feedback.
- Be responsible for hiring and firing decisions, ensuring only the best talent joins or stays.
3. Oversee campaigns and communication plans:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication guidelines and campaigns.
- Anticipate trends, seasons, and major events, ensuring preparation months in advance.
- Ensure all teams, including Sales and Ad departments, have the resources and materials they need to succeed.
4. Manage email & newsletter automation:
- Design and implement high-performing email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
- Engage subscribers regularly with creative, strategic content that converts.
5. Own team performance & accountability:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all marketing and content teams globally.
- Set clear objectives and provide tools for teams to meet and exceed their goals.
6. Work across projects:
- Take ownership of TOSSIT-related initiatives and contribute to projects for sister companies, adding value wherever needed.
Your profile
Experience & skills:
- Proven leadership in marketing and communication roles, with measurable success.
- Strong experience managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in email marketing, campaign planning, and digital content strategy.
- Familiarity with performance tracking and analytics tools.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages is also mandatory.

Compensation:

- Fully remote with flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.
- Minimum 40 hours per week, with the readiness to travel and manage events when necessary.
Time off:
- Encouraged to plan vacations in February, March, or August for a smoother workflow. Ability to take up to 6 weeks off in a row during these months.

This role is for someone who can create, inspire, and captivate—a storyteller who brings products to life through videos, blogs, and visuals. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communication Director and collaborate with country-based content teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging content strategy.
Your mission
1. Content creation across product lines:
- Develop engaging content for TOSSIT games, kitchen items, home goods, and by-products.
- Create how-to videos, product showcases, and written blog articles to highlight product benefits.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots, showcasing products in creative, relatable, and fun ways.
2. Collaborate & coordinate:
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communication Director to align content with overarching strategies.
