We deliver in Europe, in Switzerland, in the United Kingdom, and around the world to the address indicated at the time of your order as "delivery address" (which may be different from the billing address).
The tossitgame.eu website mentions, for each product offered for sale, indicative delivery times according to the territories and delivery methods. Delivery is made within the time period indicated in the order confirmation email. If ever (you're still here? we were afraid) the stock is at zero, nada, que tchi, when you place an order, it means we are victims of our success. 🤗🤗 You will have to wait for restocking to be given the delivery date.
In case of a delay of more than 7 working days (a backorder period does not count as a delay), if the product has not been shipped, you can ask for a refund by email to issue[at]tossitgame[dot]eu. In case the order has been sent before we receive your email, we will refund the item(s) but not the shipping cost, upon receipt (by us) of the order in its perfect original condition (unopened package).
IMPORTANT, it is your responsibility to check the good condition of the parcel and the products when they arrive. Take photos before opening if necessary (afterwards it's too late) or refuse the package if it is likely to have been opened. A bit of common sense: we're talking about silicone parts that you'll be throwing around, don't overreact either 😏. Send your complaints to issue[at]tossitgame[dot]eu.
If the retained carrier is late, we can't be held responsible. Relax, it will be fine. ✌ Same thing if they lose your order, but we'll do whatever it takes to fix it super fast!
