You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your products. To do so, notify us by email at one of the following addresses:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with the procedure and a prepaid return label (yes, we make it easy for you).

👉 Products must be returned new and in their original packaging, within 14 days after receiving the confirmation email.

We refund you through the same payment method used for your order. However, refunds only cover the product price.

Delivery costs (outbound + return) are deducted at the following rates:

• USA: $10
• Canada: $12
• UK: £7.5
• Germany: €7
• France & rest of Europe: €9
• Spain: €8
• Japan: ¥1330
• Australia: $15
• Anywhere else in the world not listed: €11

We may delay your refund until we have received and inspected the returned product.
