You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of ordering. To do so, notify us by email at one of the following email addresses:

Products must be returned new and in their original packaging within 14 days after ordering. We will refund money back to the payment method used on the original order. We reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the product. Refunds will have delivery cost subtracted from them at the following rates by country: USA ($10), Canada ($12), UK (£7.5), Germany (€7), France and rest of Europe (€9), Spain (€8), Japan (¥1330),  Australia ($15), and anywhere else in the world not listed ($12).
